New prospects want to know who you are before they agree to buy your stuff of join your company, therefore you are much better off marketing yourself and what you can offer to your prospects in the way of overwhelming value and support. Always give real value!

Always remember to captivate the attention of your prospects you must offer them authentic value, take things to the next level and be the one who rises above from the marketing noise and be someone who is respected and sought after. Its very important that you have systems employed that will do most of the prospecting for you on auto-pilot, systems like autoresponders and using video marketing, emails you compose one time and then can be read by thousands over and over again, videos you produce once and can be viewed by millions.

It pays to make sure your team is aware of these strategies so they can maximise their results and in turn benefit you. Attraction marketing is the way to go, not spam marketing.
